Do you accept intraoral scans?
Yes, we can accept scans in STL or PLY format by email, Dropbox or WeTransfer. As well as direct intraoral scanner connections from 3shape, iTero, Medit, Planmeca and Cerec

Do you charge for pickups and drop offs?

No we do not charge, call us during business hours or book a pickup via our website and we'll organise asap.

What is your turnaround time for jobs?

Generally we like 10 working days, but can rush jobs upon request

Do you outsource work?

Most of our work is done in-house including milling zirconia. However for complex metal frameworks we use Osteon Medical. We do not and have never outsourced outside Australia.

Do you provide pickup and delivery?

Yes we will pickup and drop off work in the Perth metro. We will use a courier service for anything outside Perth metro at our own cost.
