Warranty Information 
 

Swiss Dental Ceramics, warrants that all dental restorations are fabricated to the specifications set forth in a completed dental prescription provided to Swiss Dental Ceramics by a licensed dental professional. Furthermore, all products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied and may not be modified by any agent, employee or representative of Swiss Dental Ceramics. This warranty is subject to change without notice. 
 
Swiss Dental Ceramics will, at its election, repair or replace any dental restoration, fabricated by Swiss Dental Ceramics, which proves to be defective in workmanship or materials as follows, provided that the restoration is seated within 60 days of the invoice date: 
 
● Porcelain Fused to metal (PFM), full gold / alloy and single unit gold inlay and onlay restorations are warrantied for 5 years from the invoice date. 
● Zirconia and full ceramic products have a 5 year warranty from the invoice date unless specifically stated otherwise. 
● Removables including; oral appliances, removable partial dentures, dentures and immediate partials are warrantied for 3 years from the invoice date. 

● Hybrid implant bridges have a 3 year warranty for acrylic teeth and gingiva and 10 year warranty for metal framework.

● Essix retainers (Suspension bridges) have a 3 week warranty against fracture
● e-max® bridges have a 1 year warranty against fracture. 

● Resin bonded Bridges (Maryland) have a 1 year warranty against fracture.
● Implant components have a lifetime warranty.  
 
Repair, modification or alteration to any product outside the guidelines established by Swiss Dental Ceramics will result in immediate loss of warranty. Modification to the restoration “prep” site after fabrication has been started and before the restoration is permanently seated, may result in additional charges should those modifications be deemed contributory to product failure. No credit or replacement will be provided for defective product unless and until said product is returned to Swiss Dental Ceramics.

An invoice is forwarded with each completed job and a monthly statement emailed to your business or mailed to your office upon request. Full payment is required within 21 days of the issued statement.
